Ingredients
2tbsp Parsleychopped
2tbsp Oil
1tbsp garliccrushed
4oz Button Mushroomshalved
17oz lean beef (rump, sirloin, fillet)cut into strips
4 Green Shallotschopped
1 1/2cups sour creamlight
2tbsp mustardoptional

Instructions
  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions substituting beef broth for water if desired.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in parsley and let stand, covered, while preparing meat.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
  4. Remove mushrooms and cook beef and garlic until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes.
  5. Reduce burner to medium heat, add mushrooms and remaining ingredients to pan and sauté until fully cooked.
  6. Serve with rice.
