Instructions
- Prepare rice per package instructions.
- Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery until translucent.
- Add chicken and chorizo - sauté until fully cooked.
- Add rice, chilies, cayenne pepper, paprika, tomatoes and stock and mix through.
- Top with cilantro and serve warm.
