Instructions
- Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Pour oil into a flat dish or plate, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Roll skewers in the seasoned oil.
- Place onto a barbecue or hot plate and cook to your liking.
- Serve on Hinode rice and top with Tzatziki dip.
