8 chicken skewers(1/5 lb. diced chicken threaded onto a skewer)

  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Pour oil into a flat dish or plate, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Roll skewers in the seasoned oil.
  4. Place onto a barbecue or hot plate and cook to your liking.
  5. Serve on Hinode rice and top with Tzatziki dip.
