11oz swordfish steakcut into chunks
1 Red Bell Peppercut into chunks
1 Yellow Bell Peppercut into chunks
2tbsp Soy Sauce
1bunch Cilantrochopped
1bunch chiveschopped
1tbsp roasted cashew nutschopped

Instructions
  1. Thread the fish and bell peppers onto skewers.
  2. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  3. Cook skewers in a hot non-stick pan, and then brush over with soy sauce.
  4. Combine 4 cups cooked rice with the herbs and cashews nuts.
  5. Divide herb rice between serving plates and top with kebabs.
