1. Cook Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Heat 1 tsp. of oil in wok or frying pan, spread eggs in a thin layer and cook until just set, 1 – 2 minutes. Remove and cool. Roll egg into omelet and slice thinly.
  3. Heat remaining oil, garlic, onion, chili, chicken and pork. Cook until tender, 7 – 8 minutes.
  4. Add egg, vegetables, rice, soy sauce and tomato paste and sauté until heated through, 4-5 minutes and serve.
