1 Zucchinisliced
1 Red Bell Pepperchopped
1bunch Fresh Basilchopped
14.5oz can tomatoesdiced
1lb lean veal steaksliced

Instructions
  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Saute the onion, zucchini, veal and bell pepper for 3 minutes until soft.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and 4 cups cooked rice; heat through for another 2 minutes.
  4. Fold in the basil and serve with grated parmesan.
