Instructions
- Combine rice, carrots, tomato sauce and chicken stock in a large sauce pan. Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Add green beans, cannellini beans, and chili sauce and simmer covered until beans are tender.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
