Instructions
- Prepare Hinode medium grain rice per package instructions.
- Fry the onion, chicken and sausage for 1 minute or until brown.
- Add the rice, red bell pepper, cayenne, paprika, tomatoes, and stock. Cook for another 8 minutes.
- Fold through cilantro and serve.
