  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Sauté the onion and chicken in a hot pan until cooked thoroughly.
  3. Mix in bell pepper, curry paste, coconut milk, stock and chili paste; sauté another 5 minutes
  4. Add snow peas and cook until tender.
  5. Serve curry on top of rice and garnish with cilantro.
