1/2cup Peasfresh or frozen
1 Cucumbercut into half and sliced
1 Red Onionsliced
1carton Cherry Tomatoes
1/4bunch fresh mintroughly chopped
1/4bunch Fresh Cilantrochopped
Dressing
4tbsp Fish Sauce
2tbsp Soy Sauce
2tsp Sesame Oil
1/2 Red Chili Peppersliced, seeded

  1. Cook Hinode rice per package instructions. Let cool.
