Tandoori Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry with Rice

This recipe was originally designed for 4 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 2, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • pouch Hinode Chicken Flavored Rice Pouch

  • Chicken Breast (boneless and skinless)

  • 4 tbsp tandoori curry paste

  • 2 Small Onion (sliced)

  • 2 cup Green Beans (sliced)

  • 1 red pepper (chopped)

  • ⅔ cup Coconut Milk

  • 1 cup Cilantro (chopped)

Method

  • Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.

  • In a lightly oiled, non-stick pan, cook chicken and Tandoori Curry Paste. Remove chicken and set aside.

  • Add onion, beans and red bell peppers to the same pan and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until the onion becomes soft and translucent.

  • Return chicken to pan along with coconut milk and simmer for 1 minute.

  • Garnish with cilantro and serve.
