Ingredients to serve:

  • 1 cup cooked Hinode Jasmine Rice​

  • 1 can (5 oz) can tuna (drained​)

  • 2 scallions (finely chopped​)

  • 1 celery stalk (finely chopped​)

  • ¼ cup red onion (finely chopped)

  • ⅓ fresh dill (chopped​)

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise (or sour cream)

  • 1 tsp chili sauce​

  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

  • Refresh the rice: Add 2 tablespoons of water to the cold rice and reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop until warm and fluffy.

  • Combine ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the warmed rice, tuna, scallions, celery, red onion, and dill.​

  • Dress the salad: Stir in mayonnaise (or sour cream), chili sauce, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.​
