4 cup Hinode Rice (any variety) (uncooked)
lb Chicken (cubed (approx. 3 breasts))
16 Bamboo Skewers
16 tbsp Teriyaki Marinade
8 Green Onions (sliced)
8 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
Thread chicken onto skewers then place onto a baking tray lined with aluminum foil.
Pour the marinade over the chicken and marinade for 15 minutes turning the chicken 2 or 3 times.
Place chicken into the oven until cooked through, turning once or twice.
Add 3/4 of the green onion and sesame seeds to rice.
Serve chicken skewers on bed of rice and garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.
