  • 8 cup Hinode Long Grain Rice (Microwavable, White or Fragrant)

  • 2 lb chicken breast fillets (diced)

  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil

  • 2 tsp Garlic (crushed)

  • 4 tsp Ginger (crushed)

  • 2 cup Green Onions (sliced)

  • 10 tbsp Soy Sauce

Method

  • Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.

  • Heat oil in a non stick pan.

  • Add chicken and stir fry until cooked.

  • Add ginger and garlic, fry gently for a minute.

  • Add 4 cups cooked rice and stir fry until rice is hot.

  • Add soy sauce and spring onions and heat for another minute.
