Chicken Broccoli Rice Bake

This recipe was originally designed for 4 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 2, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • 4 g Hinode Chicken Flavored Rice Pouch

  • 4 Chicken (cubed)

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 clove garlic (minced)

  • 4 cup Broccoli (fresh or frozen)

  • 1½ cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

  • Prepare rice per package instructions.

  • Cut chicken into 2-inch pieces and sauté with oil and garlic until fully cooked.

  • Add broccoli and sauté until tender.

  • Stir in rice and ½ cup cheddar cheese and cover to melt cheese. Serve warm.
