4 cup Hinode White Rice (uncooked, any variety)
2 Onion (diced)
4 Chicken breast (sliced)
4 Chorizo Sausage (sliced)
2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
6 stalk Celery (diced)
8 oz Green Chilies
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
4 tsp Paprika
2 oz can Chopped Tomatoes
1 cup Chicken Stock or Water
2 small bunch Cilantro (chopped)

Prepare rice per package instructions.
Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery until translucent.
Add chicken and chorizo - sauté until fully cooked.
Add rice, chilies, cayenne pepper, paprika, tomatoes and stock and mix through.
