This recipe was originally designed for 4 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 2, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • 4 cup Hinode White Rice (uncooked, any variety)

  • 2 Onion (diced)

  • 4 Chicken breast (sliced)

  • 4 Chorizo Sausage (sliced)

  • 2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)

  • 6 stalk Celery (diced)

  • 8 oz Green Chilies

  • ½ tsp Cayenne Pepper

  • 4 tsp Paprika

  • 2 oz can Chopped Tomatoes

  • 1 cup Chicken Stock or Water

  • 2 small bunch Cilantro (chopped)

Method

  • Prepare rice per package instructions.

  • Sauté onion, bell pepper and celery until translucent.

  • Add chicken and chorizo - sauté until fully cooked.

  • Add rice, chilies, cayenne pepper, paprika, tomatoes and stock and mix through.
