8 cup Hinode White Rice (cooked, any variety)
8 tbsp vegetable oil
4 lb chicken (sliced)
8 clove garlic (crushed)
2 cup squash ((your choice))
2 cup Green Beans (fresh or frozen)
2 cup Carrots (julienne)
1 cup Red Onion (sliced)
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 cup vegetable stock
1 bunch basil (fresh or dry, chopped)

Sauté oil, chicken and garlic until fully cooked.
Add vegetables, brown sugar and stock - simmer until vegetables are tender.
Add cooked rice and sauté until heated.
Garnish with basil and serve.
