9 cup Hinode White Rice, any variety (uncooked)
6 cup Coconut Milk
9 tbsp Crushed Palm Sugar or Soft Brown Sugar
pinch Salt
6 Mangos (peeled and diced)

Mix together rice, coconut milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Spoon into serving dishes and top with diced mango.
