Country Style Rice with Greek Lamb Skewers

This recipe was originally designed for 4 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 2, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • 4 cup cooked Hinode White & Wild Blend

  • 16 chicken skewers ((1/5 lb. diced chicken threaded onto a skewer))

  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • 14 oz Tzatziki dip

  • Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.

  • Pour oil into a flat dish or plate, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.

  • Roll skewers in the seasoned oil.

  • Place onto a barbecue or hot plate and cook to your liking.

  • Serve on Hinode rice and top with Tzatziki dip.
