4 cup cooked Hinode White & Wild Blend
16 chicken skewers ((1/5 lb. diced chicken threaded onto a skewer))
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp Dried Oregano
Salt and Pepper to Taste
14 oz Tzatziki dip
Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
Pour oil into a flat dish or plate, sprinkle with oregano, salt and pepper.
Roll skewers in the seasoned oil.
Place onto a barbecue or hot plate and cook to your liking.
Serve on Hinode rice and top with Tzatziki dip.
