  • 1½ cup Hinode Jasmine Rice

  • 2 Egg (beaten)

  • 30 ml Vegetable oil

  • 2 Green Onions / Scallions (sliced)

  • 8 oz Chopped ham

  • 1 Carrot (grated)

  • 1 tbsp Sugar

  • 2 tsp Chicken bouillon powder

  • 2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine

  • Powdered chicken stock (to taste)

  • ½ cup Frozen peas

  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil

Jasmine

Jasmine rice is a fragrant long grain varietal that is great in southeast Asian style dishes. This grain will be slightly sticky but still fluffy. Method

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.

  • Add chopped ham and fry until slightly crispy.
