Garlic Butter Rice with Beef Medallions

This recipe was originally designed for 4 people. Amended serving sizes for 1, 2, 6, and 8 people are intended to serve as general guidance only. Cooking times may need to be adjusted to suit your amended serving size.
  • 6 cup Hinode Rice (any variety) (cooked)

  • 8 tbsp Vegetable Oil

  • 6 oz Beef Medallions

  • 4 tbsp Butter

  • 8 clove garlic (sliced)

  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

  • 10 oz Tomato Chutney

  • Prepare Hinode rice pre package instructions.

  • Heat oil in a frying pan.

  • Season beef medallions then cook in heated pan to your preference, remove from pan and set aside.

  • Place butter and garlic into pan, cook gently over low heat.

  • Add cooked rice and stir for 1 minute until rice is well coated.

  • Serve on bed of hot Hinode rice.
