1 lb Smoked Ham (cubed to ½ inch )
1 Onion (Chopped)
3 stalk Celery (Chopped)
1 tbsp Tomato Paste
10 cup Lightly Salted Water or Chicken Broth
2 Bay Leaves
Salt, Pepper and/or Hot Sauce, to taste (*I use Cajun seasoning)
1 bunch Green Onions (Sliced)
