  • 2 cup Hinode Brown Rice

  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1 Zucchini (sliced)

  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)

  • 1 bunch fresh basil (chopped)

  • 14½ oz can tomatoes (diced)

  • 1 lb lean veal steak (sliced)

  • grated parmesean

Method

  • Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.

  • Saute the onion, zucchini, veal and bell pepper for 3 minutes until soft.

  • Add the diced tomatoes and 4 cups cooked rice; heat through for another 2 minutes.

  • Fold in the basil and serve with grated parmesan.
