1 cup uncooked Hinode White Enriched Extra Long Grain rice
2 medium carrot (diced)
2 can tomato sauce
4 cup Chicken Stock
1 lb Green Beans (sliced)
2 can cannellini beans (rinsed)
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 cup parmesean cheese (shaved)
Combine rice, carrots, tomato sauce and chicken stock in a large sauce pan. Cover, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
Add green beans, cannellini beans, and chili sauce and simmer covered until beans are tender.
Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve.
