2 cup uncooked Hinode rice
2 can four bean mix (drained)
2 cup Green Beans (cooked)
2 Yellow Onion (sliced)
1 bunch Italian parsley (chopped)
2 bunch Cherry Tomatoes (halved)
8 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 cup feta cheese
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together gently.
Salt and peper to taste and serve.
