8 cup Hinode Medium Grain White or Brown Rice (white or brown, cooked)
2 Onion, Diced (diced)
1 lb Chicken (sliced, approx. 1 breast)
2 thyme (sliced)
2 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
4 tsp Paprika
2 oz can Chopped Tomatoes
1 cup Chicken Stock or Water
2 small bunch Cilantro (chopped)
2 Chorizo Sausages (Sliced)

Prepare Hinode medium grain rice per package instructions.
Fry the onion, chicken and sausage for 1 minute or until brown.
Add the rice, red bell pepper, cayenne, paprika, tomatoes, and stock. Cook for another 8 minutes.
Fold through cilantro and serve.
