4 cup uncooked Hinode Hapa Blend Calrose Rice
2 oz tsukadani nori
8 oz Umeboshi (ume) or Pickled Plum
20 sheet nori/seaweed
Prepare Hinode Hapa Blend Calrose rice per package instructions.
Use musubi mold or plastic wrap to form rice balls in desired shapes. If forming by hand, wet fingers with water before handling rice.
Press ume or tsukadani into center of rice ball.
Cut nori sheets as desired to wrap outside of rice ball.
Sprinkle with furikake and serve.
