  • 32 cup Cooked Hinode Long Grain Rice (Jasmine, White or Brown)

  • 12 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 4 Onion (Chopped)

  • 16 Celery Stalks (Chopped)

  • 4 tsp Garlic (Chopped)

  • Lea & Perrins sauce

  • Cajun or Creole seasoning

  • 16 lb Medium Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined )

  • 4 lb Large Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined )

  • 16 can Golden Mushroom Soup

  • 8 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

  • 4 tbsp Cooking Sherry

  • 4 cup Milk

  • 4 bunch Green Onion (For Garnish)

  • 4 Yellow Bell Pepper (Diced for Garnish)
