4 cup Hinode Medium Grain Rice (Microwavable, White or Brown)
2 tbsp Oil
4 lb Chicken (sliced)
cup Chicken Broth
2 cup spaghetti sauce
2 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
2 cup Peas
1 cup pitted black olives
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken until lightly browned.
Add rice, stock and spaghetti sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, until moisture is absorbed.
Add remaining ingredients (except parmesan cheese) and simmer another 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
