8 cup Hinode Rice (any variety) (cooked)
8 tbsp Vegetable Oil
8 Chorizo Sausages (sliced)
4 Celery Sticks (sliced on an angle)
1 bunch Fresh Thyme
2 oz can Tomatoes (diced, )
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add sausage and celery, stir until sausage is cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
Add thyme and tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add cooked Hinode rice into pan and mix all ingredients together.
Season to taste and serve.
