4 cup Hinode Brown Rice (cooked, any variety)
4 tbsp olive oil
4 clove garlic (minced)
½ cup Yellow Onion (diced)
2 oz can Black Beans (drained)
1 cup Corn
2 Tomato (diced)
2 Jalapeño Pepper (chopped)
2 tsp Salt
Black Pepper (to taste)
Sauté oil, garlic and onion until translucent.
Add drained black beans, corn, tomato, jalapeno and cooked rice and sauté for additional 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
