8 cup Hinode White Rice (cooked, any variety)
2 lb Beef ((strip steak, round steak), thinly sliced)
2 tbsp Olive oil
4 clove Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Ginger (fresh, minced)
4 cup Broccoli
2 Red Onion (sliced)
2 carton Cherry Tomatoes (sliced)
1 bunch Mint (fresh, coarsely chopped)

Heat rice.
Mix fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar and red chili pepper.
Sauté olive oil, garlic and ginger briefly before adding beef slices and cook fully.
Add broccoli, red onion, tomatoes and mint - sauté another 2-3 minutes.
