Ingredients to serve:

  • 4 cup Hinode Jasmine rice

  • 2 lb cooked peeled prawns

  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 cucumber (cut into half and sliced)

  • 2 Red Onion (sliced)

  • 2 carton Cherry Tomatoes

  • ½ bunch fresh mint (roughly chopped)

  • ½ bunch Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

Method

  • Cook Hinode rice per package instructions. Let cool.

  • In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients.

  • In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients.
