  • tsp Hinode Long Grain Rice (Microwavable, White or Fragrant)

  • 1 can tuna (in oil)

  • 1 small bunch parsley (chopped)

  • 1 small bunch mint (chopped)

  • ½ Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)

  • juice and zest of one lemon

Method

  • Prepare Hinode Rice per package instructions.

  • Combine rice with tuna, parsley, mint, bell pepper and lemon juice in a bowl.

  • Spoon into serving dishes and sprinkle with lemon zest.
