  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a non stick pan.
  3. Add chicken and stir fry until cooked.
  4. Add ginger and garlic, fry gently for a minute.
  5. Add 4 cups cooked rice and stir fry until rice is hot.
  6. Add soy sauce and spring onions and heat for another minute.
