3tbsp Laksa Paste
113.5 oz. can Coconut Milk
1/2lb Chickenthinly sliced, 1 breast
1 Red Bell Peppersliced
2oz Baby Corn
2oz Snow Peas
Juicefrom One Lime
Handful Cilantro Leaveschopped

Instructions
  1. Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
  2. Combine laksa paste, stock and coconut milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken, red bell pepper, corn and snow peas to pan.
  4. Simmer for 3 minutes until the chicken has cooked through.
  5. Add the lime juice and cilantro.
  6. Serve over hot rice.
