Instructions
- Prepare Hinode rice per package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix together rice, beans tomato, onion, avocado and sweet chili sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper and grill on BBQ until cooked. Slice chicken into strips.
- Heat tortillas according to pack directions.
- Place lettuce on top of each tortilla, then add rice mixture and finally top with sliced chicken.
- Dollop with sour cream, wrap and serve.
