6cups Chicken Stock
1/2bunch Cilantroroughly chopped
4 Green Onionssliced
- Boil chicken in water until cooked through. Remove chicken from water and add to pot with a tight fitting lid.
- Add uncooked Hinode white rice into a sauce pan and add stock.
- Stir with a wooden spoon, bring to a boil and then turn down burner to medium/low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with cilantro and green onion.
