3cups Hinode White Rice, any varietyuncooked
2cups Coconut Milk
2 Mangospeeled and diced
- Mix together rice, coconut milk, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Spoon into serving dishes and top with diced mango.
