Instructions
- Prepare rice per package instructions, adding Spanish rice seasoning packet to rice while cooking.
- Heat corn, black beans, cumin and coriander on stovetop/microwave.
- Warm tostada shells in pan – flipping until crisp.
- Layer beans, corn, cheese, rice, tomatoes and avocado on shells.
- Top with cilantro, hot sauce, lime juice and serve.
