2 Eggslightly beaten
2 small red chilisfinely chopped
1/2lb pork filletdiced
2tbsp Soy Sauce
2tbsp Tomato Paste
- Cook Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Heat 1 tsp. of oil in wok or frying pan, spread eggs in a thin layer and cook until just set, 1 - 2 minutes. Remove and cool. Roll egg into omelet and slice thinly.
- Heat remaining oil, garlic, onion, chili, chicken and pork. Cook until tender, 7 - 8 minutes.
- Add egg, vegetables, rice, soy sauce and tomato paste and sauté until heated through, 4-5 minutes and serve.
