- Prepare Hinode Hapa Blend Calrose rice per package instructions.
- Use musubi mold or plastic wrap to form rice balls in desired shapes. If forming by hand, wet fingers with water before handling rice.
- Press ume or tsukadani into center of rice ball.
- Cut nori sheets as desired to wrap outside of rice ball.
- Sprinkle with furikake and serve.
