1 1/2cups Chicken Broth
1cup spaghetti sauce
1 Green Bell Peppersliced
1/2cup pitted black olives
1/4cup Parmesan cheese
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken until lightly browned.
- Add rice, stock and spaghetti sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes, until moisture is absorbed.
- Add remaining ingredients (except parmesan cheese) and simmer another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
