4cups Hinode Rice (any variety)cooked
4tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 Chorizo Sausagessliced
2 Celery Stickssliced on an angle
1/2bunch Fresh Thyme
114.5oz can Tomatoesdiced,
Salt and Pepperto taste
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add sausage and celery, stir until sausage is cooked, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add thyme and tomatoes and simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Add cooked Hinode rice into pan and mix all ingredients together.
- Season to taste and serve.
