Mix in all seasoning: ground coriander, cardamom, cumin, curry powder, cloves and garlic. Add chicken and brown on all sides for about 10 minutes. Pour in chicken stock and bring to a boil, add rice and stir. Reduce to low, cover skillet with a tight fitting lid and simmer for 15 minutes or until moisture is absorbed and rice is fluffy.
