Instructions
- Heat rice.
- Combine olive oil, honey, hot mustard, cumin, lime juice and garlic salt - coat chicken with mixture.
- Grill chicken until fully cooked.
- Sauté olive oil, green onions, garlic and ginger until translucent.
- Add cilantro, basil and heated rice and sauté until mixed through.
- Plate rice with chicken and serve.
