2tbsp red curry pasteor to taste
1lb beef (rump, sirloin, fillet)chopped
2cups Green Beanshalved
1can (13.5 ox) Coconut Milk
- Cook Hinode rice per package instructions.
- Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat.
- Add curry paste and beef and sauté for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Lower heat and add beans and coconut milk. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes or until beans are tender.
- Mix cilantro into rice and serve with red curry.
